Chatham Development has been actively involved in the Raleigh/Durham marketplace since 1991 where they have successfully developed 12 residential properties. The projects range in size from 80 acres to over 400 acres with communities including up to 600 housing units. Patrick A. O’Neal is the President of Chatham Development Corporation. He is joined by his two sons Kevin and Steve O’Neal who have been involved with the company for the past 12 years. Patrick has been involved in real estate sales, marketing and major real estate developments since 1968.
